Once your reservation is confirmed our manager will contact you with a villa planner document to assist with the collecting the information needed for the preparations for a truly wonderful vacation, including; airport transfer arrangements, meal and beverage planning, special requests, activities and staffing.
For reservations of this luxury vacation rental complete the reservation process found here. To secure dates a 50% deposit is required. The balance of the rental and any inclusions of your vacation rental such are gratuity, meal plan and any special events packages are not due until 30 days prior to the arrival date.
If reservations are made less than 30 days before arrival than the booking is confirmed and guaranteed when the full (100%) payment of the rental fee, the meal plan and any special events packages is received.
Your rental deposit and payments issued toward your rental are refundable in the case of a ‘force majeure’, which includes unforeseen border closures. If a change of dates is required for another reason, a credit of 90% of all payments will be given towards a future rental within the period of one year of your original booking.
